kool koasters ... eh!
Molson

The brand, STELLA ARTOIS, registered in 1926, belongs to InBev of Belgium. Before 1989 it was brewed under license in Quebec, Canada by Carling-O’Keefe. When Molson acquired Carling O’Keefe in 1989, the brewery was renamed Molson-O’Keefe, and yes, Stella Artois was bottled by Molson-O’Keefe, that was probably brewed before by O’Keefe. However, the Molson-O’Keefe Brewery name was soon changed to MOLSON BREWERY again, and InBev switched the business to Sleeman’s of Guelph, ON., indicating irreconcilable differences between InBev and Molson. The Stella Artois coasters below were from the era when the brand was brewed by O’Keefe and are genuine Canadian coasters, issued before 1989. Stella Artois beer is brewed under license in many countries.
